James Roger Truman was bom August 9, 1943 in Norway, Maine to Ruth and Walter Truman and died October 28, 1980 in Bethesda, Maryland.

As a young man, he joined the Marine Corp and fought for his country in the Vietnam War. He married Margaret E. McCoy in Washington, DC April 15, 1967 and they had two children. Natalie Jean was born on September 11, 1969 and Michael James on July 26, 1973. He was a good husband and father and much loved by his family. He enjoyed flying and was fascinated by space travel. We miss him very much.
