Jim and Sharon Todd are life-long residents of Northern Virginia. Jim is a former naval officer and a professional real estate developer involved in major communities such as Reston and Fair Lakes.
As local residents, Jim and Sharon have been supporters of the Smithsonian for years and members of the National Air and Space Society. Jim is an active board member of the Washington Airports Task Force, one of the only initiators of the Dulles Museum
