    Major General Miles served with great distinction for 32 years in the United States Air Force. He has flown over 40 different aircraft and has 9000+ flying hours. He was a combat fighter pilot who flew 337 combat missions and is the recipient of the Silver Star, two Distinguished Flying Crosses, 17 Air Medals, Bronze Star, 3 Legion of Merit medals, and numerous other medals and citations of honor.

    Major General Kenneth P. Miles retired from the US Air Force 1 Feb 1978.
