    Honored by:
    Madge W. Selinsky

A childhood bout of polio, which left him with an impaired leg, ended his dream of becoming a Navy pilot. However, he took flying lessons in his forties and subsequently owned three planes (his favorite was the “Mooney”). He flew on vacation trips to the Caribbean and Canada, as well as on business trips.

Two weeks before his death on May 22, 2002, even though he was in failing health, he and a friend went flying over his beloved southern California.

Wall of Honor profiles are provided by the honoree or the donor who added their name to the Wall of Honor. The Museum cannot validate all facts contained in the profiles.
