Served in Korean Conflict and Vietnam, flew B-26, T-34, T-28, B-25, B-29, KC-97, B-47, C-124, C-141, C-119, Gunship, and C-5. Served in staff positions as Chief, Quality Control, Chief Airlift Control Element, Chief Combat Operations, Chief Current Operations, Chief Airlift Command Post, Assistant Deputy Commander Operations, and Chief Inspections Division.
