USAF Major. Test pilot at Edwards Air Force Base in the 50s and 60s. Graduated from Yankton College in SD. His specialty was helicopters and vertical lift-off planes. Served in Vietnam War. Was killed 3/31/67 while trying to save wounded. Born 3/17/67 of Canadian missionaries in Belgium Congo. Buried at San Diego. Left a daughter and a son and his widow all now married. I am his father, Russell E Baldwin.
