- Director-Human Resources at Rohr Industries, a $1B aerospace component manufacturer in Chula Vista, California (1984-1989)

- Vice President-Human Resources at Thiokol Corporation's Space Operations division, manufacturer of the $500M space shuttle solid rocket motors in Brigham City, Utah (1989-1996)

- Various positions ranging from Vice President-Human Resources to Vice President and General Manager with Huck International, Inc, a $600M international supplier of precision fastening systems and supply chain logistics for aerospace, automotive, and industrial markets in both Tucson, Arizona and Carson, California (1989 to present).

Mr. Todaro holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labor-Management Relations from the Pennsylvania State University, State College, Pennsylvania, and attended the Executive Management Program at Stanford University, Stanford, California. He is married to the former Judith F. Meehan of Havertown, Pennsylvania, with two grown children and two grandchildren. His hobbies include travel, reading, listening to music, and biking.
