Mr Stover was born January 17, 1950 in Battle Creek, MI. He graduated from Western Michigan University in 1973. He was a corporate pilot for Clark Equipment Company. Mr Stover joined the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as an Air Traffic Controller in 1979. Mr Stover retired in 2001 after almost 22 years with the FAA.
