One of my fondest childhood memories is of my father, loading the family into our old Chevy and heading off to the local small town airport every Sunday afternoon. All heads were turned skyward as our ice cream melted and ran down our elbows. Daddy always sat there seeming to dream in awed silence. I miss you and love you Daddy.
