    EXPERIENCE:
    Mr. Kincaide has more than forty years of combined government and commercial product development and management experience. Early in his career, he worked for NASA Langley and NASA JSC, later joining Allis-Chalmers and then, Teledyne Energy Systems, retiring as General Manager of Teledyne Energy Systems in 1999.
    During his career with NASA, he was involved with the development of crew equipment for the Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo missions, rising to the position of Assistant Chief, Apollo Support Office of Crew Systems Division and Subsystem Manager of the Apollo Space Suit (EMU) Program. He held several positions in the Allis-Chalmers Advanced Electrochemical Products Division, including that of Manager of Design and Documentation for space power and gas generation systems and Product Manager for Small Commercial Gas Generator Products. When the business was sold to Teledyne in 1971, Mr. Kincaide became Manager of Electrochemical Commercial Products, then New Business Development and, finally General Manager of Teledyne Energy Systems. During this period, Mr. Kincaide successfully brought a number of commercial hydrogen generators products to market and won several government contracts for the development of advanced power generators, based on fuel cell, Stirling and thermoelectric technologies.
