Member of the first group of seven scientists selected in 1977, for over 1000 applicants in German, who were found qualified for a Payload Specialist position for the Spacelab Program. Three members of this group were the first Germans to fly in space. Hungarian-American Scientist. Head of the Dept. of Physics and Space Sciences, Florida Institute of Technology. Director of the Magnetic Levitation Laboratory of the Florida Spacecoast working on the development of magnetic levitation launch assist technology for future space launches.
