    * Served as Assistant Resident Engineer at Chanyi Airbase, Luliang Airbase, Kweilin Airbase, China, APO 627.
    * Base Engineer at Kiangwan Airfield, Shanghai, China, 1946.
    * Awarded Bronze Star Medal
    * Discharged as Captain, Corps of Engineers, AUS.

    Life member, 14th Air Force Association (Flying Tigers)

    * Deputy Director and Chief Engineer, San Francisco International Airport (1968-1982) in charge of $470 million expansion program.
    * Fellow, American Society of Civil Engineers
    * Honorary Member, American Concrete Institute
    * Registered Professional Engineer in California and Singapore.

    Retired in 1986.
