    > As a Project Engineer, conducted the following categories of testing:

    o Structural Demonstrations
    o Bureau of Aeronautics Tests:
    >Stability and Control

    > Contrast Guarantees
    > Spin Tests
    > Fly-Of f s (evaluate one airplane vs. another)
    > Some of the airplanes on which I directed tests: F11F-1F, F4H, F8U-2, F8U-3, F4D, YAO, P5M, P2V, A2J, FJ-4.
    > In conjunction with the test pilots, I co-authored approximately 40 technical reports.

    1962-1988: Naval Ship Research & Development Center (NSRDC), Aeronautical Division, Carderock, MD
    > Directed tests in the 8'xlO' Transonic Wind Tunnel:
    o Various airplane components
    o Airplane/weapons separation
    o Airplane flutter
    o Developed new type of bomb rack
    > Participated in the development of a Navy Arctic Surface Effect Vehicle
    > Was one of the five Navy civilian engineers, along with five Air Force and five Army civilian engineers, who developed and implemented the "McNamara Wall" in Vietnam
    > The last four years at NSRDC I was transferred to management in order to insert engineering experience into the overall management of the technical administration
    > During my tour at NSRDC I was granted three patents:
    o Aerodynamic Surface Tip Vortex Attenuation System
    o Ground Handling Wheels for Air Cushion Landing Gear
    o Variable Wing Position Supersonic Biplane
