    Lt.Col. Robert T. Campbell retired from the United States Air Force on February 29, 1980 at Eglin AFB, Florida. Col. Campbell was born April 3, 1927 in Niagara Falls, New York. Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y. in 1951 and commissioned a second lieutenant in ROTC. Entered the Air Force June 11,1951. Graduated Pilot training at Pinecastle AFB, Fl Class 52G. Flew 22 combat missions in the F-86 with 4th FIW at K-14 in Korea. Squadron Commander of 12th TFS on Okinawa in 1968. Flew 74 combat missions in F-105 over North Vietnam. Decorations include Silver Star, DFC with 2 oak
    leaf clusters and Air Medal with 8 oak leaf clusters.
