From a tender age Vincent's dream was to follow the steps of his father, who was a pioneer of civil aviation in his native country, Colombia, South America. Vincent's dream became true on one windy September day of 1979 when he obtained his private license, followed shortly by his commercial, instrument and multi-engine ratings.
Vincent made his home in Milford, CT where he lives with his wife
