For 46 years, has been married to Jeanne Pedigo. She is first and only woman to chair the Virginia Aviation Board; and her whole working life has been involved with aviation. As a result, William has had a lot of his life involved with aviation. For his tolerance and interest in his wife’s vocation, I think he deserves a place of honor.
