Zachary Thomas Schaffer was a 1999 graduate of State College Area High School in State College, PA and an Eagle Scout of Boalsburg, PA.
Since Zack was seven years old, he had dreams of designing aircraft and flying them. He followed those dreams to the United States Air Force Academy where, in May 2003, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering.
This plaque was given in his honor upon graduation from a proud family who loves him.
