This is the interface of our reservations software.

The Museum programs available by reservation are great ways to explore aviation and space in new ways.  

All reservations for group programs are made through our reservation software.

How to Make a Reservation

  1. Login if you already have an account. If you do not have an account, select the type of program you would like to reserve to create a new account.
  2. Create an account.
  3. Once logged in, click on “Find Programs.”
  4. Select program location (Virtual, Udvar-Hazy Center, or National Mall Building in DC).
  5. Select date range and/or program options to search & view available programs.
  6. Select “Reserve Now” to the right of the program you wish to reserve.
  7. Fill in the information requested and click "Sign Up" to submit your request.
  8. Receive e-mail confirmation. 

Please Note: This does not guarantee a reservation. When you submit your reservation request, you will receive an automatic email confirming receipt. The Tour and Reservations staff will review your request within 3-5 business days and confirm your program is reserved via email.  

To View Your Program Reservation Status

Select “My Info” > “My Tours” on upper right menu to view your program reservation.
