    NASA’s Earth Observing-1 (EO-1) satellite captured this view over Isla Isabela, the largest island in the Galapagos, on May 28, 2015. Three days earlier, the island’s Wolf Volcano began erupting for the first time in 33 years.

    In this false-color image, water is dark blue, clouds are blue-white, vegetation is green, old lava flows are brown, and fresh lava is bright orange and red.
