    This DVD features an original documentary about Alan Bean and why he left NASA to make his Apollo-inspired artwork using footage shot inside the Apollo 12 moonwalker's workshop. Using actual elements from the Moon and the spacecraft, Alan creates his works as no one else can. The DVD also includes a photo gallery of the Apollo-era tools and artifacts that Bean uses to add texture and character to his paintings.
